Food-Image.Com is a web based stock food photo library offering premier
quality, professional royalty free food photographs and images for immediate
download. Our website has been designed to provide these images for you
in an easy to use format and with a royalty free, hassle free user licence.
2. What kind of images does Food-Image.Com produce?
Food-Image.Com create professional quality royalty free food photographs
and images for use in web design, multimedia and print publishing projects.
All images are in JPEG file format (maximum quality, 0% compression),
Colour Mode RGB.
3. What size image do I need to buy?
Low Resolution images should be used for web or multimedia projects
where screen resolution is needed (72dpi). Our 700k images will enable
you to edit or crop the image to suit your design or layout whilst still
keeping crisp image quality.
High Resolution images are ideal for print or any other publishing project
up to 210mmx 297mm, 300dpi (A4) and above. Our 17.5MB images will enable
you to edit or crop the image in an appropriate image editing application
such as Photoshop to suit your design.
To purchase images first, you have to register as a user of the site
then, search for images by either category or keywords. You can add
images at any time from search results to your lightbox (your own personal
storage area for images). Any combination of images from either search
results or your lightbox can be added to your basket for secure purchase
through Worldpay. On payment you will be emailed a link to download
your images.
As a registered user you can then click on one of the following icons
to add either a high resolution or low resolution image
to your own shopping basket.

5. What are royalty-free stock images?
All Food-Image.Com images are royalty-free. This means that for any of
your design projects, you do not need to pay any extra fees to use Food-Image.Com
images. With traditional stock agencies, you must pay a fee each time
you use an image. But with Food-Image.Com images, Our ROYALTY FREE
licence agreement means that you can use the image(s) as many times as
you choose for any of your design projects.
6. Are there any restrictions on using Food-Image.Com images?
There are a some restrictions when using any royalty-free images. Each
Food-Image.Com image comes with a licence agreement. Please take time
to read through the licence agreement so that you understand your rights

Please Note that there are, of course, a few basic restrictions
in all Food-Image.Com licensing agreements. For example, you cannot use
Food-Image.Com images in libelous or defamatory ways.
7. What are the technical specifications for using Food-Image.Com
images?
Food-Image.Com works exclusively with professional photographers to meet
your rigorous standards for quality. Each image is carefully selected
and are available on-line in colout mode RGB, JPEG file format (maximum
quality).
8. Is it safe to use my credit card on-line?
At Food-Image.com we use the services of Worldpay
, used by millions of people around the world, WorldPay is trusted
and SECURE. You can rest assured that we do not store any of your
credit card details at all.
Payments are SECURE and can only be made on-line with a valid
debit or credit card and are verified on-line. All on-line transactions
are made via Worldpay. You will be e-mailed sales confirmation and a
VAT/Tax Invoice.

9. Our Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our service and you must tell us before you
have downloaded your images, we will refund to the card account used for
the purchase the amount you paid. Email: orders@food-image
within 7 days of the purchase explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction.
If you have downloaded your image(s) and experience technical problems
we will do our best to resolve them. If we are unable to do so we will
refund the purchase price, after we have received from you a declaration
that you have deleted the image(s) from your computer and have not retained
any copy or provided a copy to anyone else.
Once we have received your formal declaration we will send email confirmation
that the return has been completed, plus a reminder of the penalties
for any unauthorized use of images. For practical reasons, purchases
are considered final at 14 days from the original purchase date.
